Are you still looking for that perfect floor plan?
Maybe one of the plans below is just what you have been looking for? All of these new standard plans from GLH have great design and may be perfect for you and your family. Or maybe you want to combine parts of all of them into a new design? My advice is always “Find a floor plan you like and an exterior you like and we can put them together into exactly what you want.
Westborough: Do you want lots of glass and natural light? Then Westborough may be just the home for you! With a luxurious 3800 square feet and 3 car garage, this plan has everything you desire in a home. The huge great room includes a very spacious living room and dining room as well as easy access to a fantastic kitchen. Imagine all your indoor plants in the sunroom! A large pantry and utility area are conveniently located to both the kitchen and the garage. The loft is a continuation of the soaring living room ceiling and look at those awesome windows in the loft! Imagine standing in that loft and looking at views both directions! Or using one loft space as an office and looking through those windows as you work. Two huge bedrooms upstairs completes the laundry list of features in the Westborough. Is this the home for you and your family?
The Lodge: Look at the Lodge design! Every room in this home is oversized! Check out the 17’ X 20’ master bedroom! Not to mention the en-suite adjoining the master. This home is the definition of open concept. Imagine walking in that front door into the immense open foyer with gorgeous windows and being able to see all the way through the home and out the back wall of windows. And four more bedrooms upstairs! At 4364 square feet, the Lodge is the home for you if you need a lot of living space with a dramatic flare!
The Sweetwater: When you think of your dream log home, do you envision a home that looks like the Sweetwater? This traditional log home design has a full length front porch, lot of glass in the living room gable end, gabled dormers in front and a shed dormer across the back. This 1653 square foot design maximizes the amount of living space for your family to enjoy. The open concept great room has a cathedral ceiling with tons of natural light from the many windows. The master bedroom on the main level is a very popular because it eliminates stairs for the adult homeowners. The children or guest bedrooms are available upstairs as needed. What a great design for now and in the future for you and your family!
Woodbridge: Looking for a luxurious executive home on one story? The Woodbridge is a plan that has everything on one level for maximum convenience. Three bedrooms, a study/office, 3 ½ baths, and a 3 car garage with extra storage space. And check out that gourmet kitchen! The butlers pantry is huge and gives easy access to the dining area. The windows above the kitchen sink will flood that space with natural light. And there is even a walk in pantry and walk in broom closet! The huge rear porch would be perfect looking out at a pool to complete this amazing home.
