Expanded Product Lines for Every Dream
We’ve long been known as a purveyor of classic log homes, but we understand that one size doesn’t fit all. We’re thrilled to officially introduce and heavily market our hybrid home line, the perfect blend of traditional log structure and modern design. We’re also launching a brand new Barndominium and Pavilion product line, offering versatile options perfect for large family gatherings or a variety of event spaces. For the adventurous spirit, our new camper cabins and hybrid park models will provide a secure and sturdy alternative to traditional camping, appealing to those who want a simple, safe place to sleep in the great outdoors.
Unparalleled Customer Service
Our commitment to you goes beyond the product. We’re launching a new maintenance contract service to help you protect your investment, whether it’s a new Gastineau home or an existing log home. Our new online customer portal will also simplify your building process by providing a centralized hub for all your documents, plans, and communications. You’ll be able to access everything from your contract to your shipment schedule, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
Upgraded Digital Tools
We’re investing heavily in new digital resources to help you visualize your future home. Our website is getting a major refresh, including new interior renderings and videos for our standard plans. This will allow you to see exactly what the inside of a home will look like, making it easier than ever to choose the perfect floor plan. We are also creating a series of construction videos to serve as a visual companion to our renowned construction manual, offering a convenient way to get hands-on instructions wherever you are.
Elevating Our National Model Home Center
To showcase all of these new offerings, we are making a number of exciting changes to our National Model Home Center. We are building a new hybrid model office, which will not only serve as our growing office headquarters but will also function as a modern showroom. We are also creating a Park Model Court, where you can walk in and tour our different cabin models firsthand. To complete the experience, we will be adding a Gastineau Pavilion on the property, providing a beautiful space for visitors to relax and see another of our new product lines in person. We’re excited to continue growing and evolving, always striving to improve and find a better way to build your perfect home.
