Home Sales Consultant

We’re searching for a personable Home Sales Consultant to support our prospects from the initial design to final delivery, ensuring hospitality, connection, and precision at every stage of their log home journey.

As a Home Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with potential customers nationwide by helping them realize their log home dreams. You must be driven, energetic, outgoing, willing to learn, & organized to manage the entire long-term sales process.

What You'll Do

• Goal oriented with the purpose to achieve monthly and quarterly goals

• Work a minimum of M-F 8-5, plus one Saturday a month and an occasional weekend event

• Meet the weekly required minimum of 90 touches with potential customers

• Attend all required weekly meetings as shown in personalized plan

• Actively prospect (phone, face to face, email, text, etc) while servicing and building relationships with existing clients

• Walk a customer through the building process, timeline, and any obstacles to move the sales cycle forward

• Remain knowledgeable on industry and products offered

• Input orders and production requests in a timely manner

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of successful, measurable sales experience, preferably with a long-term sales cycle

• Proven success at sparking interest, negotiation, and closing business

• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline

• Proven experience at multi-tasking in a fast paced and dynamic environment while meeting goals and deadlines

• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, phone, and through presentations

• Adaptability in building and cultivating long term relationships with a variety of personalities

• Strong listening skills

• Knowledge and curiosity to seek the best solutions for customers

• Proficient with O365 (i.e.: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

• Proven networking skills with the ability to attend events to improve business relationships

• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment

• Professional appearance required

• Prefer a 4-year degree but not required

• Have at least a basic knowledge of construction
