- Guidance to help you and your builder build your home: Check out our Building Smart Seminar to learn more about our Smart Log wall system and become more comfortable with the building process. You will also receive a very detailed construction manual to answer a lot of the on-site questions. In addition, Gastineau will conduct our Quality Assurance Visit, both during the building process and after the building is completed to ensure that everything is built in accordance with our plans, specifications, engineering and Construction Manual.
- Support during construction: We will work hand-in-hand with you and your builder during the construction phase to ensure that you have enough materials to build your home – we guarantee it!
