Seven Gables II

Our Seven Gables floor plan is so popular that we had to make another version of it - the Seven Gables II! The layout of this home is almost identical to the Seven Gables just with a slightly reduced footprint, bringing the total square feet to 2502. It still holds the same character and charm of the original - high ceilings and unique gable windows in the living space, open floor plan, master on the main floor and with 2 bedrooms and a loft upstairs. This plan is a great alternative to our standard Seven Gables!
