New Floor Plans!
We are adding a LOT of new floor plans to our website. In this month’s Oak Leaf, we will highlight five of those new plans. The floor plans and elevations are shown here. Click on the drawing to go to our website to see in more detail. We will be adding new plans all year so keep checking back!
The Bluebird: The Bluebird is 1,420 sqft of living space on one floor. With two master suites, an open great room, large utility/pantry, and an attached “easy access” garage, this is the perfect retirement or empty nester home. Need more bedrooms? You could add a loft or finish out bedrooms in the basement. Click here for more.
The Tree Top: If your land has a view, this home is meant for you! The Tree Top is a modification of our very popular Caroline design. Every room in this home has access to either a porch or a deck, including every room on the second floor! Two huge master suites are in this design with one on each floor. This is a beautiful, open floor plan with views in every direction. Click here for more.
The Cardinal: This home has a lot of WOW packed into a small home. At only 1,266 sqft, it is the smallest of our new plans. All the porches, glass and the second floor balcony make this little treasure feel much larger! Click here for more.
The Flat Branch: This gorgeous home has two bedrooms on the main level and the master suite on the second floor. The octagonal kitchen and loft area are something you usually do not see in a log home plan but with all the windows add loads of natural light. Add in the windows in the living room gable end and you have a house full of drama and light at a minimal cost. Click here for more.
The Retreat. Do you need a family retreat? Bed & Breakfast? Or just a big home with lots of ensuite bedrooms? This may be the plan for you! With 3,248 sqft and 4 ensuite bedrooms, this home will easily accommodate four couples. Don’t need something this big? Check out the Retreat II for the same home but at 2,831 square feet! Click here for more.
